1. Acceptance of this offer is conditioned upon adherence to the following rules.

The Free Black Alpine Headphones Offer (“Headphones Offer”) with purchase of an Alpine X009 headunit is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Employees and representatives of Alpine Electronics of America, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the offer (collectively "Alpine"), are not eligible to accept this offer. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Alpine decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the offer.
3. Offer valid from 8/1/15 to 9/30/15 (“Offer Period”).
4. To be eligible to claim the Headphones Offer, consumers must purchase any one (1) Alpine X009 Restyle System product from a participatingauthorized Alpine retailer during the Offer Period. Eligible X009 products are: X009-WRA, X009-GM2, X009-GM, X009-RAM, X009-TND, X009-FD1, X009-FD2, X009-U. The Headphones Offer consists of one (1) Alpine Headphone set, valued at $299.95.
5. Eligible claimants must claim the Headphones Offer by submitting the applicable form on www.alpine-usa.com no later than 10/30/15. Claimant's form must contain the following information:
   • Claimant full name
   • Claimant shipping information
   • Claimant email address
   • Serial number of purchased X009 product.
     (Tip - You can find the serial number in the X009 menu system. Select Audio -> Tools (upper right corner)-> General -> About -> Version Information.)
   • Proof of purchase in the form of an attached image of the X009 purchase receipt from an authorized Alpine retailer in the U.S. during the offer period. An “Authorized Alpine retailer” is defined as a retailer whose business is listed in the Store Locator on the www.alpine-usa.com website.
6. The headphones will be shipped to claimants via UPS Ground shipping. Any Headphones Offer claims made after Offer Period has ended will not be honored. All deliveries will be fulfilled approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the receipt and verification of each claim.
7. Alpine reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Rules or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by Alpine to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8. Limit one Headphone set per transaction (regardless of the number of qualifying products purchased).
9. Alpine's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Headphones cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for other Alpine product by claimant. Alpine accepts no responsibility for any variation in gift value. Alpine reserves the right to substitute any free item offered with an item of equal or greater value. Offer is subject to change without notice.
11. By accepting the Headphones Offer claimants agree to release and hold harmless Alpine from and against any claim or cause action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the promotion or receipt or use or misuse of headphones.
12. If this Headphones Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the control of the Alpine, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, Alpine reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
13. Alpine is not responsible for and excludes all liability to the greatest extent permitted by law, for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, and whether or not arising from any person’s negligence, in connection with: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Alpine's control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Alpine) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Alpine; (d) this offer; or (e) accepting or using any headphones.
14. Alpine is not liable for any tax implications arising from gift claims.
15. Information collected from entrant is subject to Alpine's Privacy Policy.
