    The subwoofer came in perfect condition and packaging. After installing two into my stealth box to have them fit was a joy. After installing the subwoofers and giving them a quick test only to have too much reverb was I upset. But none to the fault of creative audio. Knowing that I wasn’t happy with the product I’ve been offered a refund.
