Advanced Subwoofer Technologies
Offered in 8-inch and 10-inch diameters, M6 subwoofers continue JL Audioās tradition of building low-frequency drivers that impress, not only with their output capability, but also with the quality and balance of their sound. FEA-optimized motor and suspension designs are optimized for infinite-baffle installation (IB models), or for installation into small sealed enclosures (W models). Choose the right one for your application and it will reward you with powerful, low-distortion sub-bass that takes your marine audio experience to a higher level.
Transflectiveā¢ LED Illumination
Optional on most M6 models is JL Audioās Transflectiveā¢ LED technology. By emitting light from multiple LEDs through our specially engineered cone material, this patent-pending breakthrough delivers a beautiful cone illumination effect, with no hot spots or reflections on the cone surface.
Choose from seven fixed lighting colors or control the color and intensity of the lighting actively using a lighting controller accessory (sold separately). Separate 12V wiring is required to power the illumination.

1x JL Audio XDM300/1 XDM Series Monoblock Class-D Car/Marine Subwoofer Amplifier, 300 W - (XDM300/1)
This little monoblock powerhouse employs our high-speed NexDā¢ switching design to achieve unprecedented efficiency and amazing power output for its size. It is small enough to fit in most tight space applications, including small boats, pickups, motorcycles and UTVās (in a weather-tight compartment).
Designed for car or boat installations, the XDM300/1 is built with marine-grade materials and features an exclusive, dual-mode input filter for noise-free performance in boats or cars. Automatic turn-on capability (via signal sensing or DC-offset sensing) is also onboard for easy factory system upgrades.
Targeted specifically for subwoofer applications, the XDM300/1 includes a variable slope low-pass filter with continuously variable cutoff frequency selection from 50-500 Hz. With the addition of an optional HD-RLC or MHD-RLC (water-resistant) remote level controller (each sold separately), the amplifier's level can be adjusted directly from the driver's seat or captainās chair.
Finished in a sleek, black powder-coat, all controls are protected beneath a gasketed, removable top cover for easy access.

JL Audio MHD-RLC - Water-Resistant Remote Level Control for Select JL Audio Amplifiers The MHD-RLC remotely controls the Bass Level of the following JL Audio amplifiers: HD-Series: All models XD-Series: All models MHD-Series: All models M-Series: All models When the MHD-RLC is connected to the above amplifiers, it acts as an attenuator on the input gain of the amplifier and is used to adjust the overall level of the amplifier from the front of the vehicle. The MHD-RLC kit includes the rotary control with a black ABS knob, mounting hardware and one 16.4 ft. (5 m) cable. A satin-finish aluminum knob can be purchased separately.
