We are not a huge corporation like other websites. We are a very dedicated group of individuals working around the clock in order to bring you the best possible customer experience you will receive on the internet. We are real people too, and would gladly like to chat with you about a system design, or even troubleshoot why that pesky protect light is on. How do I return my order?
We've made returns easier than ever before. We include return shipping labels with all of our orders, and a hassle free return card. Just fill out the return card with your information and why you're returning the item and it will be processed upon arrival. Please save the tracking number for your own records, and give us a call or send an email to email@example.com just to keep us in the loop.
How fast will my order ship?
We ship most orders the same day if placed before 2pm central time. Orders placed after 2pm will ship the next day. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays or over the weekend will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on US holidays. All orders ship for free with 3-Day shipping. Exceptions may include build-to-order items like JL Audio's Stealthbox, as we do not stock all models. Please call if you have any questions on build to order items.
What are your business hours for support?
Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm central time. We can be reached at 800-854-5821. If you reach out to us outside those hours, we may be able to respond before business hours resume on the next business day. We will always go the distance to reassure our customers, no matter the time of day, if we are available.
What method do you ship my order with?
All Creative Audio Free 3-Day shipments are shipped either through USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex depending on various factors like shipping times to your location, weight, and cost.
When will I get my tracking information?
Most Creative Audio orders receive tracking within 24 hours. You will receive this through the email you have associated with your order.
Are you a authorized dealer for the brands you sell?
Yes. We have 5 retail locations and have been in business since 1991. We have strong partnerships with many of the brands we represent.
Do you provide phone support for custom orders or bundles?

How do you ensure shipments will arrive intact?
All Creative Audio shipments are packed and shipped in such a way as to ensure safe delivery, and we've chosen shippers with excellent track records.
When will my order ship?
We ship all orders placed before 2PM central M-F same day. Made to order items will take longer.

What's up with the free shipping?
You're gonna love this one. All orders on our website include FREE 3-day shipping. A lot of times it might even show up in less time than that. The only exceptions being products that are made to order. If you want to make sure an item gets to you in a certain time-frame, give us a call, a chat, or send an email. We can work with you to make sure it's there on time.
Example: If you place an order at 9AM Monday morning, it should ship that day, and arrive on Thursday.

You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Will be arrangement look the same as the photo online?
Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.

Please call us with any special requests or instructions, and our florists will be happy to assist you!
What if a substitution has to be made on a time crunch?
Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may substitute items of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery if the flowers you requested are not available and we're not able to contact you using the information you provided.
Can I give my credit card number over the phone if I prefer?
We do not accept credit card over the phone as a precaution for us and our customers. For customized packages and orders, we will send you a PayPal invoice which will allow you to pay with a credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account. This gives the cardholder and the merchant protections normal card processors do not.
Is there a sales tax for online orders?
I know, we're bummed too. Several states have elected to charge salse and use taxes based upon the shipping address of the order. Not all states currently have this requirement, but more elect to join regularly based on shopping trending more towards ecommerce.
