Weather Update
Due to the weather in our area, some shipping delays may occur, but are not expected. Right now we are operating normally as none of our carriers have reported delays on their routes. If you're in need to make sure an item arrives on a specific timeline, please give us a call and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your requests.
When will my order ship?
We ship all orders placed before 2PM central Monday-Saturday same day. Made to order items will take longer.
(We don't ship on US holidays, as we like to spend time with our loved ones.)

You're gonna love this one. All orders on our website over $35 include FREE 3-day shipping. Most orders over $100 get free 2-day shipping! A lot of times it might even show up in less time than that. The only exceptions being products that are made to order. If you want to make sure an item gets to you in a certain time-frame, give us a call, a chat, or send an email. We can work with you to make sure it's there on time.
Example: If you place an order at 9AM Monday morning, it should ship that day, and arrive on Thursday.

Please Note:Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. Call Creative Audio to arrange these returns.
For all other returns, we include return shipping labels on all orders, please include your order number and reason for return on the supplied returns card inside the package.
