Eligibility: This promotion is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Creative Audio, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
Promotion Period: The promotion begins on March 1, 2024 and ends on March 31, 2024. Entries that are submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be disqualified.
How to Enter: Entrants must submit their phone number and sign up for the Creative Audio rewards program through the designated signup mechanism. By entering this promotion, the entrant is consenting to receive promotional messaging from Creative Audio. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this promotion.
Prizes: The Winner(s) of the promotion (the "Winner") will receive a $500 gift card to be used at any Creative Audio retail stores. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Creative Audio. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Creative Audio's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Creative Audio. Winner will be notified by email or phone within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Creative Audio shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 90 days, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
Terms & Conditions: Creative Audio reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Creative Audio’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the promotion. In such case, Creative Audio may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Creative Audio.
Consent to Receive Promotional Messages: By entering this promotion, entrants consent to receive promotional messages from Creative Audio. Entrants can opt-out of receiving messages at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the messages.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the country/state of the principal place of business of Creative Audio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Entrant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Creative Audio as final and binding as it relates to the content of this promotion.
