Metra 40-CR20 Reverse Snap-Lock Antenna Adapter for Select Factory Radios
Keep the factory radio when fitting an aftermarket antenna in a supported Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, GM or Jeep application. The Metra 40-CR20 joins the replacement antenna's Motorola connection to the original radio's snap-lock connection in one cable adapter.
Connection Features
- Connect an aftermarket antenna while retaining the original radio in a listed vehicle.
- The female Motorola socket accepts the matching replacement-antenna plug.
- A female snap-lock connector provides the matching connection for the factory radio.
- Both connectors arrive terminated on the cable, ready for the matching antenna and radio connections.
- For FM-modulator use, official packaging specifies a separate 40-CR10 adapter with this part.

Installation Notes
Match the exact vehicle and snap-lock connection. FM-modulator installations require the separately supplied 40-CR10 with this adapter; the official package identifies 40-CR30 as the complete kit.

- Chevrolet Aveo 2007–2008 and Pontiac G3 2007–2009: sedan body style.
- Without factory navigation: Chevrolet Avalanche 2012–2013; Captiva Sport 2012–2013; Express 1500 2013–2014 and 2500/3500 2013–2015; Silverado listed models 2012–2013 and Silverado 2500 HD/3500 HD 2014; Suburban listed models 2012–2014, with 2500 ending in 2013; Tahoe 2012–2014.
- Without factory navigation: GMC Savana 1500 2013–2014 and 2500/3500 2013–2015; Sierra listed models 2012–2013 and Sierra 2500 HD 2014; Yukon and Yukon XL listed models 2012–2014, with XL 2500 ending in 2013.
