Metra 89-9400 Single-DIN Trim Plate for Land Rover Discovery 1994-2004
Install a compatible DIN head unit in a 1994-2004 Land Rover Discovery or Discovery II with the Metra 89-9400 trim plate. The plate snaps into the bottom of the sub-dash opening, leaving the area above it for the radio mounting cage.

Plan the installation
Confirm the exact Discovery generation and original radio layout. Metra specifies the 86-9001 tool for factory-radio removal. After snapping in the trim plate, secure the DIN cage by bending its locking tabs outward. The radio, mounting cage, removal tool and appropriate wiring adapter are separate installation items.
