1x ARC Audio AS600 Hi-Performance Hi-End 6.5" Midrange/Midbass set for Active Systems (AS600)
ARC Audio AS600 6.5" Midbass Driver
The ARC Audio AS600 is a premium 6.5-inch midbass driver engineered for high-performance mobile audio systems using active crossovers or DSP-controlled tuning. Designed for use in both 2-way and 3-way front stage configurations, the AS600 delivers strong midbass output, controlled response, and excellent clarity across its operating range.
With a wide usable bandwidth and high output capability, the AS600 can serve as the foundation of a high-resolution front stage when paired with the ARC Audio AS100 tweeter or combined with the AS250 wideband midrange in multi-way systems.
Motor and Basket Design
The AS600 is built on a rigid cast aluminum basket that provides a stable foundation for the driver’s motor and suspension components. A Y35 ferrite motor system delivers strong magnetic control, while an extended copper sleeve over the T-yoke helps reduce distortion and maintain linear performance during dynamic playback.
A 1.5-inch CCAW voice coil wound on a high-temperature Till former helps improve heat management and maintain consistent output during demanding listening conditions.
Cone and Suspension Engineering
The cone utilizes ARC Audio’s proprietary blend of aramid fiber, coconut fiber, and extracted pulp to balance stiffness and low mass. This construction supports accurate midbass reproduction while helping control unwanted resonance during high excursion.
A low-shore rubber surround and progressive Nomex spider maintain mechanical control and long-term reliability while allowing the driver to perform smoothly across its frequency range.
Flexible System Integration
The AS600 can also be configured for coaxial-style installations by mounting the ARC Audio AS100 tweeter into the center pole position, creating a compact active integrated coaxial solution for space-constrained installations.
With a 2.85-inch mounting depth and 5.76-inch cutout diameter, the AS600 is suitable for a wide range of factory replacement and custom installation applications.

1x ARC Audio AS250 Hi-Performance Hi-End 2.5" Midrange set for Active Systems (OEM FIT SIZE) w/break-a-way OEM mounting tabs (AS250)
ARC Audio AS250 2.5" Wideband Midrange Speaker
The ARC Audio AS250 is a compact wideband midrange driver engineered for high-end mobile audio systems where installation space is limited but sound quality remains critical. With a 2.5-inch driver size and extended frequency response, the AS250 delivers clean and articulate midrange performance for both 2-way and 3-way active speaker configurations.
Its wide operating bandwidth allows it to reproduce a large portion of the audible spectrum, making it suitable for DSP-based systems where precise crossover control and tonal accuracy are essential.
Compact Performance Engineering
The AS250 is built on a stamped steel chassis with an ultra-compact 1.38-inch mounting depth and breakaway mounting tabs, allowing installation in tight factory locations or custom builds where space is limited. The driver utilizes a Y35 ferrite motor structure combined with a 21mm CCAW voice coil to deliver strong transient response while maintaining efficient thermal performance.
A copper shorting ring helps reduce inductance and non-linear distortion, improving midrange clarity and maintaining consistent response during dynamic playback.
Advanced Cone and Suspension Design
The proprietary cone material blends aramid fiber, coconut fiber, and extracted pulp to achieve a balance of stiffness and low moving mass. This construction helps maintain tonal balance and reduces distortion across the driver’s operating range.
A woven cloth and pulp fiber surround works with a progressive Nomex spider to maintain mechanical control and stable excursion characteristics throughout the driver’s performance range.
Flexible System Integration
With a frequency response of 230Hz to 14kHz, the AS250 can operate as a wideband driver in compact DSP-controlled systems or function as a dedicated midrange in larger multi-way active designs. The driver can also be paired with the ARC Audio AS100 tweeter for extended high-frequency performance in fully active 3-way systems.

1x ARC Audio AS100 Hi-Performance Hi-End 27mm Tweeter Set for Active Systems (AS100)
ARC Audio AS100 27mm Silk Dome Tweeter
The ARC Audio AS100 is a high-frequency tweeter engineered to deliver smooth, detailed treble performance for premium mobile audio systems. Built around a 27mm fine-woven silk dome diaphragm, the AS100 produces a refined top end that balances clarity and musicality, making it well suited for modern DSP-tuned systems and active speaker configurations.
Designed for flexibility in high-performance installations, the AS100 supports lower crossover points and integrates cleanly with midrange drivers in both 2-way and 3-way system designs.
Advanced Motor and Acoustic Engineering
The AS100 utilizes an N35 neodymium motor structure paired with a precision-machined top plate and secondary bucking magnet to strengthen the magnetic gap and maintain performance under demanding listening conditions. A copper shorting ring helps reduce inductance and non-linear distortion while preserving high-frequency detail.
A tuned rear chamber manages dome compliance and resonance, allowing the tweeter to operate smoothly at lower crossover points while maintaining stability and accuracy throughout its operating range.
Thermal and Installation Design
Internal venting beneath the diaphragm assists with heat dissipation, supporting consistent performance during extended high-output listening sessions. The reinforced ABS housing provides durability while keeping overall installation dimensions compact.
The tweeter also features a reinforced overmolded nutsert at the rear of the housing, providing a secure threaded mounting solution for convertible coaxial installations and environments where vibration resistance is critical.
