W3v3 10-inch Subwoofer Driver (500 W, 2 Ω)
This acclaimed subwoofer driver strikes an outstanding balance in power handling, enclosure requirements and excursion to deliver excellent results in medium power applications. Several exclusive JL Audio technologies and proprietary assembly techniques are applied to the 10W3v3 to enhance linearity and reliability.
The 10W3v3-2 is best used with amplifier power in the 150W - 500W range and is optimized to operate in a compact 0.625 cu. ft. (17.7 l) sealed enclosure, or a 1.125 cu. ft. (31.9 l) ported enclosure. Detailed enclosure recommendations can be found in the "Specifications" tab.

Best Amp, Sub, and Seller for my needs!!!
I bought a JL XD500/3 for my 2006 Dodge Dakota Club Cab SLT. Nobody else online had a previous year's model still for sale, I was able to save quite a bit of money with this version instead of the JL XD500/3 that only added features I don't need. Then during checkout I luckily had a credit card glitch that needed to be sorted out over the phone. After calling in to get the order processed, I spoke to James, and he had everything handled for me. He confirmed the price, he confirmed the terms of the warranty, and he confirmed that my plan to marry this amp to a 10w3v3 was a good match. He also mentioned a special I wasn't aware of. Because of his great service and making sure I ware aware of the savings, I returned as soon as I could to purchase the 10w3v3. a month later after finishing my rough install, I couldn't be happier. The 10w3v3 slams hard with this amp only set at about 60%, and the amp doesn't even get hot after 30mins of straight pounding. CREATIVE is the best!!! If only I had known of them when i bought my head unit and components...
