Water and salt can be a marine source unit's worst nightmare. Our M608 source unit is IP55 tested and certified to provide you the best in water intrusion and salt water protection in its class, at the front panel where it’s most exposed to the elements. Internally, rubber gaskets stop water in its tracks and integrated drainage channels keep water out, with an IPX3 tested and certified stainless steel chassis for protection even if water manages to seep into the console. Its single DIN chassis and face make it an excellent replacement system for smaller or older boats, while its upscale design fits right in with today’s highly stylized boat consoles and cabins. The two-line LCD display is able to show the information you need. The 13-digit 2-line display on the M608 allows characters to be displayed clearly in all lighting conditions.
