The Bronco comes with a small, cheap speaker in the rear attached to the factory roll-cage. The SSV Works Rear Speaker-Pod upgrade allows you replace those factory speakers with a set of larger, more powerful 6.5" weatherproof speakers.

Plug-&-Pay: By replacing the factory speakers, we utilize the factory harnessing. You know what that means right? Of course, SSV Works Bronco Speaker-Pods are a full plug-&-play installation on both standard and B&O factory systems.

These pods are injection molded out of ASA plastic for maximum strength and ability to withstand extreme hot and cold temperatures. Metal support plates are made of 2mm powder coated mild steel and add additional mounting points that help make installing the speaker converts a breeze.

As of right now, the pods only fit the 4 seater model. The roll cage for the Bronco is slightly different on 2 seater. The SSV Works engineering team is looking into what needs to be done to make these work on a 2 seater as well.

Coaxial Speaker System: 6.5-inch (165 mm) Woofer, 0.75-inch (19 mm) Silk Dome Tweeter

The smoothness and transparency of a high-end silk dome tweeter combines with top-flight woofer performance to create a coaxial loudspeaker system with exceptional refinement and dynamic capability.

The C5-650x system features 6.5-inch (165 mm) woofers with Kurt Müller cones and suspensions and die-cast alloy baskets. The woofer benefits from JL Audio's vast woofer design experience and advanced modeling systems.

Tweeters are coaxially mounted and built with 0.75-inch silk dome diaphragms that deliver smooth, extended response, on and off axis. The small size of the C5 tweeter minimizes tweeter protrusion, allowing C5 coaxials to easily fit behind most factory speaker grilles.

C5 crossover networks are compact and built with premium component parts, including Mylar® capacitors and segmented air-core inductors. Four levels of tweeter attenuation are provided, as well as three levels of mid-range presence adjustment, for twelve possible voicing combinations!

Speaker grilles are included, each consisting of a black grille tray and a black steel mesh grille with an electroformed JL Audio logo.
