The KICKER 52L7XS181 is an 18 inch SoloXS L7XS square subwoofer built for extreme excursion, ultra deep bass, and very high output. Designed for serious high power systems, it combines a massive ferrite motor, 4 inch aluminum voice coil former, long stroke suspension, Forced Air Cooling, and field replaceable recone construction.

The 52L7XS181 is part of the SoloXS L7XS family, developed for exceptional power handling, long excursion, and ultra deep bass at very high volume. The SoloXS platform is also designed to remain musical while delivering the extreme output expected from a competition focused subwoofer.
This 18 inch version steps up to a 4 inch aluminum voice coil former and an 830 ounce magnet assembly while retaining the 43.1 mm Xmax that defines the high excursion SoloXS design.

The 52L7XS181 combines a double pressed pulp cone, proprietary NBR surround, extra large dual spiders, max cooling cast aluminum basket, and custom rubber boot for the oversized ferrite magnet. Dual tinsel leads use considerably more strands than the L7X design.

1x Kicker 52L7XS181RK - L7XS18 Standard pre-assembled re-cone kit with 1-ohm DVC (52L7XS181RK)
The Recone Assembly consists of a pre-assembled cone, surround, and voice coil that will be bolted into the L7XS motor and Basket Assembly, assuring perfect cone and voice-coil alignment. Because there is no glue utilized in the recone process, the cone can be replaced in minutes should failure occur in the field. Alignment pins are included. *The L7XS-Series supports re-coning with ANY IMPEDANCE of L7XS Recone Kit. For example, if you purchased an L7XS with 1-Ohm dual voice coils, you may re-cone using a 2-Ohm L7XS kit.
