Shipping Policy

Shipping Times

We ship most orders the same business day when placed Monday through Friday before 2pm Central Time. Orders placed after 2pm Friday or over the weekend ship the following Monday, including expedited orders. We do not ship on U.S. holidays.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may ship by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another available carrier depending on destination, speed, package size, package weight, and cost.

International and U.S. Territory Shipping

Available shipping destinations are shown during checkout. If your desired destination is not available in the Region or Country menus, we cannot ship the order to that destination. Some products cannot ship internationally.

APO and FPO Addresses

When an order ships to an APO or FPO address, the package may ship SAM, or Space Available Mail. SAM is no additional charge and moves from the APO or FPO address by the next available boat.

Weight-Based Shipping

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. To reflect carrier policies, weights may be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns

60 Day Returns

Have your order number? Use the return portal to start a return or exchange with your order number and ZIP code.

Money-Back Guarantee

Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened products within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the details below.

How Returns Work

  1. Start a return through the return portal or contact Creative Audio for help.
  2. Follow the return instructions provided.
  3. Ship the unused product in its original packaging to the address provided.
  4. Include your order number and reason for return on the supplied return card when available.

Return Shipping and Delivery Fees

You are responsible for shipping products back to us unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, an inaccurate product description, or an incorrect order. Original delivery fees are refunded only for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. Please call Creative Audio to arrange those returns.

Refund Timing

After Creative Audio receives and processes your return, we will notify you by email. Your credit card should generally be credited within 10 business days from that notification, though your financial institution's billing cycle may affect when the credit appears. In many cases refunds are faster, but a full return cycle can take up to four weeks, including return transit time, processing time, and bank processing time.

Accepted Payments

Most Creative Audio stores accept major credit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. PayPal may also be available. PayPal Credit may be available in the United States.

Billing Address Verification

The billing address you provide must match the billing address on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, Creative Audio reserves the right to cancel the order without notifying you.

Declined Cards

Creative Audio cannot resolve credit card issues with your financial institution. If a card is declined, it is your responsibility to settle the issue with the issuing institution.

Gift Certificates

Online Gift Certificates

Using Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates purchased on this website can only be used to buy products on this website. They cannot be redeemed for cash except as required by law, and they cannot be reloaded.

Checking a Balance

To check your Gift Certificate balance, visit creativeaudio.net/giftcertificates.php.

Lost or Stolen Gift Certificates

If a Gift Certificate purchased on our website is lost or stolen, we will replace it in the amount of the remaining balance only if the purchaser's Gift Certificate confirmation email and Gift Certificate number are provided as proof of purchase. To report a certificate as lost or stolen, contact Customer Support at 800-854-5821.

Redeeming a Gift Certificate

  1. Find your unique gift certificate code in the email attachment. It will look similar to Z50-Y6K-COS-402.
  2. Browse the store and add items to your cart.
  3. Open your cart.
  4. Enter the code in the Redeem Gift Certificate box and apply it.

Problems

Order Issues

Defective Items

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent shipping damage. If you receive defective merchandise, call Creative Audio for assistance.

Damaged Items

If an order arrives with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, call Creative Audio immediately using the contact information included with the order.

Keep packaging and paperwork. If shipping damage may be involved, save all packaging material and paperwork. Disposing of packaging or returning merchandise without contacting us may jeopardize the shipping claim and your return credit.

Limits of Responsibility

Creative Audio accepts no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of a product.

Cancelled Orders After Payment

If payment has already been processed when an order is cancelled, Creative Audio will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies determine when the credit posts to your account.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creative Audio, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from claims, liability, damages, and/or costs, including attorneys' fees, that arise from your use of Creative Audio's services.
