Fulfillment
We ship most orders the same business day when placed Monday through Friday before 2pm Central Time. Orders placed after 2pm Friday or over the weekend ship the following Monday, including expedited orders. We do not ship on U.S. holidays.
Orders may ship by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another available carrier depending on destination, speed, package size, package weight, and cost.
Available shipping destinations are shown during checkout. If your desired destination is not available in the Region or Country menus, we cannot ship the order to that destination. Some products cannot ship internationally.
When an order ships to an APO or FPO address, the package may ship SAM, or Space Available Mail. SAM is no additional charge and moves from the APO or FPO address by the next available boat.
Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. To reflect carrier policies, weights may be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns
Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened products within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the details below.
You are responsible for shipping products back to us unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, an inaccurate product description, or an incorrect order. Original delivery fees are refunded only for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. Please call Creative Audio to arrange those returns.
After Creative Audio receives and processes your return, we will notify you by email. Your credit card should generally be credited within 10 business days from that notification, though your financial institution's billing cycle may affect when the credit appears. In many cases refunds are faster, but a full return cycle can take up to four weeks, including return transit time, processing time, and bank processing time.
Individual products may be excluded from this guarantee. Check the product description before placing your order.
Checkout
Most Creative Audio stores accept major credit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. PayPal may also be available. PayPal Credit may be available in the United States.
The billing address you provide must match the billing address on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, Creative Audio reserves the right to cancel the order without notifying you.
Creative Audio cannot resolve credit card issues with your financial institution. If a card is declined, it is your responsibility to settle the issue with the issuing institution.
We take your safety and security seriously and use payment processes intended to protect your transaction.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates purchased on this website can only be used to buy products on this website. They cannot be redeemed for cash except as required by law, and they cannot be reloaded.

If a Gift Certificate purchased on our website is lost or stolen, we will replace it in the amount of the remaining balance only if the purchaser's Gift Certificate confirmation email and Gift Certificate number are provided as proof of purchase. To report a certificate as lost or stolen, contact Customer Support at 800-854-5821.
Problems
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent shipping damage. If you receive defective merchandise, call Creative Audio for assistance.
If an order arrives with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, call Creative Audio immediately using the contact information included with the order.

Creative Audio accepts no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of a product.
Privacy
Creative Audio gathers personal information to provide service, process orders, communicate offers, customize communications, and improve your shopping experience. This may include your name, address, phone number, email address, payment information, order history, account information, return or exchange details, and email subscription information.
When you place an order, you provide information needed to process payment, ship products, communicate order updates, and support your purchase. If you create a shopping account, you authorize us to store information such as your name and shipping address to make future orders more convenient.
When you subscribe to email updates, we require your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of promotional emails.
We use personal information to provide requested services, process and deliver orders, communicate with you, customize messages, and keep you updated on promotions or products that may interest you.
We may use third-party companies as necessary to fulfill orders, process payments, transfer email, support marketing, and complete related business tasks. All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. Creative Audio maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
When you place an order, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered. Creative Audio reserves the right to revoke stated offers, cancel orders, and correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment processed.
If payment has already been processed when an order is cancelled, Creative Audio will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies determine when the credit posts to your account.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creative Audio, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from claims, liability, damages, and/or costs, including attorneys' fees, that arise from your use of Creative Audio's services.
