Email info@creativeaudio.net with your name, address, where you purchased the item, and a brief description of your return.
Changed your mind? If you are not delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 60 days and we will happily refund the purchase price.
Original delivery fees are refunded when returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders.
For all other returns, we include return shipping labels on all orders.
Please include your order number and reason for return on the supplied returns card inside the package.
