Overview
The Metra 72-5500 connects aftermarket speakers to the original speaker harness in the supported Ford Aerostar, Ford Mustang and Mercury Capri applications. Two harnesses are supplied, allowing a pair of speakers to be connected without cutting, splicing or soldering the vehicle speaker leads. The package diagram identifies the white lead as positive and the black lead as negative to guide the speaker connection.

These harnesses handle the speaker wiring connection. The speaker's physical mounting and any other required parts must be checked for the vehicle separately. Metra offers installation support seven days a week, and notes that additional parts may be needed to finish the installation.
