Compact R-Series Mono Power
The R2-A75M is built for systems that need dedicated low-frequency amplification without taking up unnecessary space. Alpine states the chassis is 15% smaller than the previous R-A75M while maintaining the same core mono amplifier role in a more installation-friendly footprint.
Rated at 500 watts RMS into 4 ohms and 750 watts RMS into 2 ohms, the amplifier is designed for subwoofer duty and operates with Alpine’s Class D amplifier circuit for efficient power delivery.

Installation Design
Layout Focused on Access and Simplicity
The R2-A75M uses a one-sided terminal layout that places speaker connections on one side of the amplifier for cleaner routing and easier access during installation.
Amplifier controls are positioned on the top panel beneath a removable plate, allowing gain and crossover adjustments without reworking the full install position.

The new R-Series subwoofers now feature larger, double-stacked magnets that contribute more motor force for deeper bass and tighter bass control. An integrated Faraday ring minimizes distortion for cleaner bass output. A Kevlar-treated cone ensures durability in the subwoofer for reliable performance, even at high volumes. A new Polypropylene/ceramic composite dust cap ensures rigidity while also providing incredible internal damping. The new R-Series subwoofers contain a Dual Voice Coil (DVC) with easy configuration jumpers that allow for flexible applications. A new “EZ-Change” twist-lock grille mounting system makes it easy to install and remove an optional grille without mounting screws for added protection to the cone. The new R-Series subwoofers contain Alpine’s High Amplitude Multi-Roll (HAMR) Surround Technology. The R-Series subwoofers are High-Resolution Audio Compliant.
