The Cerwin-Vega XED650C is a 6.5-inch 2-way component speaker system designed for balanced full-range sound reproduction in car audio applications. This set includes separate woofers and tweeters with an external crossover, allowing flexible placement and improved frequency distribution compared to coaxial speaker designs.
The polypropylene cone woofer is paired with a treated foam surround to support controlled midbass response, while the titanium dome tweeter provides high-frequency detail. A stamped steel basket supports durability and consistent performance in standard factory or aftermarket speaker locations.
With a compact mounting depth and included grilles, the XED650C component set is suitable for door or panel installations in a wide range of vehicles. The 4-ohm impedance and moderate power handling make it compatible with factory head units or aftermarket amplifiers.
