Polk DB6502 pretty good
I bought these to replace the Alpine SPR-17ls. They seem to reproduce true, good and clear sound. They don't handle the power the Alpine did (understandably). But they sound great for the price you can't beat them. Especially with the limited component offerings for marine use at this time. I wasn't impressed with the terminals on the speakers and I'm not sure they will last long in salt water use. Should be fine for fresh water.
