The Soundstream WHD.9813 is a plug-n-play upgrade head unit designed specifically for 1998–2013 Harley-Davidson® Touring Series motorcycles. It combines wireless smartphone integration, SiriusXM® readiness, advanced sound tuning, and a custom 7.7-inch HD widescreen display in a factory-style installation that uses OEM mounting hardware and the original AM/FM antenna connection.

Factory-Style Fit with Modern Media Features
Built for Harley-Davidson® Touring motorcycles, the WHD.9813 installs directly into the OEM fairing using factory mounting hardware. No brackets, trim panels, or antenna adapters are required, helping preserve a clean installation while adding a modern multimedia interface.
The unit retains the OEM AM/FM antenna connection, includes built-in handlebar control support, and ships with a 21-inch USB cable that can be installed on either side of the fairing for added flexibility.

Expanded EQ and Crossover Control
For system tuning, the WHD.9813 includes a 15-band digital equalizer with two custom EQ memories and music genre presets. Front and rear channels benefit from adjustable high-pass crossover control, while the subwoofer output includes low-pass and subsonic filtering.

A 5x7 is one of the worst speaker sizes ever made, while a 6x9 is one of the most aggressive. That’s why we developed a great kit that allows you to properly mount killer 6x9" speakers in your factory 5x7" Harley speaker lids.
