Description
The NOCO GEN5X2 is a 10-amp dual-bank onboard battery charger designed to charge, maintain, and help extend the life of two 12-volt batteries. Delivering 5 amps per bank, it independently charges marine, starter, and deep-cycle batteries while supporting both lead-acid and lithium chemistries. Selectable charging modes for 12V, AGM, Lithium, and Repair provide compatibility with a wide range of battery types.
Built for demanding marine environments, the GEN5X2 features a fully sealed IP68-rated waterproof housing, integrated anti-vibration backing, and flexible mounting in virtually any orientation. Intelligent thermal compensation automatically adjusts charging based on ambient temperature, while the integrated repair mode detects sulfation and helps restore battery performance. The charger can automatically detect batteries as low as 1 volt, with Force Mode allowing recovery of batteries discharged down to 0 volts.
Designed for continuous operation, the GEN5X2 automatically transitions to maintenance mode after charging is complete and includes comprehensive protection against reverse polarity, overheating, short circuits, overcharging, open circuits, and sparks.
