HD-FH2014-RCA-CVO Amplifier Integration Wiring Kit for Harley-Davidson CVO Touring Motorcycles
The HD-FH2014-RCA-CVO is a complete wiring and installation kit designed to integrate ARC Audio MOTO 800/720/600.4 amplifiers, the KS125.2 Mini amplifier, and/or PSM/PSM Pro into compatible 2014+ Harley-Davidson CVO model motorcycles. Its plug-and-play design includes a dedicated CVO amplifier bypass harness, pre-loomed power wiring, signal integration wiring, and installation hardware.
Overview
Purpose-Built CVO Amplifier Integration
The HD-FH2014-RCA-CVO provides the wiring needed to integrate a MOTO 800/720/600.4 or KS125.2 Mini amplifier with the factory radio in compatible CVO Touring motorcycles. The kit uses color-coded, plug-and-play connections along with OEM-style looming and materials for harness preparation.

CVO Amplifier Bypass
Replace the Fairing-Mounted Factory Amplifier
A dedicated bypass harness allows the fairing-mounted amplifier to be replaced in single-amp 2014+ Street Glide CVO and 2015+ Road Glide CVO models without removing the CVO amplifier factory wiring.
Unplug and remove the OEM amplifier, connect the supplied bypass harness, and then connect the remainder of the wiring kit as required.

Speaker Integration
Polarity Correction Built Into the Harness
The 2014+ generation of Harley Touring models uses a speaker connector arrangement where the terminal sizing is opposite the aftermarket convention described for ARC Audio speakers. The HD-FH2014-RCA-CVO accounts for this configuration within the wiring harness itself.
Instead of cutting the factory speaker wires in the pods, connect the pod speaker wires to the corresponding-size speaker terminals. The harness handles the polarity correction.
Signal Routing
Compact Speaker-Pod Signal Connection
Signal routing is handled by a space-saving input/output integration harness that picks up the required signals at the speaker pods. This approach avoids using a bulky Quad-Lock connector at the rear of the factory radio.

The factory radio in a CVO model is flashed to provide a line-level signal output. When connecting directly to a MOTO 800/720/600.4 or KS125.2 Mini amplifier, set the amplifier's input switches to “RCA”.

Installation
No Cutting, Splicing or Soldering
The HD-FH2014-RCA-CVO is engineered around plug-and-play connections to simplify amplifier integration while retaining the factory wiring. The bypass harness replaces the OEM amplifier connection, the signal harness handles speaker-pod routing and polarity correction, and the supplied power and remote wiring provide the required amplifier connections.
