1x Memphis Audio MJ1512 MOJO 15" 2000W RMS Subwoofer with Selectable 1Ω or 2Ω Impedance (MJ1512)
Memphis Audio MOJO1512 – 15″ High-Excursion Subwoofer (Selectable 1Ω / 2Ω, 2000W RMS)
The new MOJO subwoofer is everything fans have been begging for—violent, hard-hitting bass wrapped in the unapologetic, old-school attitude that made MOJO legendary. Re-engineered from the ground up, the MOJO1512 blends modern high-output engineering with bold visual cues pulled straight from MOJO’s roots.
Overview
MOJO Bass, Turned All the Way Up
The MOJO1512 delivers the aggressive, chest-slamming bass MOJO is known for, now with modern materials and increased excursion capability. A massive high-roll surround and reinforced suspension allow the cone to move violently while staying controlled, even at extreme output levels.
Visually, the bold orange cast aluminum basket pays tribute to the original MOJO designs, while the high-gloss carbon fiber dust cap adds rigidity and a refined, high-performance finish.
Key Features
Designed for Extreme Output
- Beefy high-roll surround delivers 1″ XMAX and up to 1.75″ of mechanical excursion.
- High-gloss carbon fiber dust cap provides rigidity under extreme pressure.
- Orange cast aluminum basket combines classic MOJO styling with modern strength.
- Patented FLEX Technology allows fast selection between 1Ω and 2Ω impedance.
- Reinforced spider suspension maintains cone control and long-term durability.
Motor Structure
300 oz Magnet & 4″ Triple Voice Coil
A massive 300 oz magnet motor supports the MOJO1512’s 2000W RMS power rating, while the 4-inch aluminum triple voice coil uses high-temperature windings to deliver clean, stable power handling during high-demand playback.
Cooling & Reliability
DVVC & Vented Basket Design
The vented cast aluminum basket works in tandem with DVVC (Direct Vent Voice Coil Cooling) to actively pull heat away from the motor structure. This helps maintain consistent performance and reduces the risk of thermal compression during extended high-output sessions.
