Most orders placed before 2pm Central Monday-Friday ship the same day. Made-to-order items can take longer, and we do not ship on U.S. holidays.

What is up with free shipping?

Website orders over $35 include free 3-day shipping, and most orders over $100 receive free 2-day shipping. Made-to-order items may be excluded.

How do I return an item?

Use the return portal with your order number and ZIP code, or email info@creativeaudio.net if you do not have your order number.

Can you help with a custom system?

Can I give my credit card over the phone?

For customer and merchant protection, we do not take credit card numbers over the phone. For custom packages, we can send a secure invoice when appropriate.
