Creative Audio is not a faceless warehouse. We started in 1991, grew through retail stores, installation bays, ecommerce, and fulfillment, and still focus on helping customers choose the right gear for the job. You can call us about a full system design, a product question, fitment, install planning, or troubleshooting that protect light that will not leave you alone.
Yes. Creative Audio has been in business since 1991 and maintains strong partnerships with many of the brands we represent. We sell through our ecommerce store and our retail locations.
Creative Audio has retail locations across Missouri and Arkansas, including Bentonville, Joplin, Sedalia, Columbia, Nixa, and two Springfield locations, plus an Ozark, Missouri distribution operation. Visit the Locations & Services page for current store details.
Yes. Creative Audio serves Northwest Arkansas from Bentonville. The Bentonville store is part of the Creative Audio retail footprint and supports car audio, marine and powersports audio, tint, remote start, safety, and related services.
Shopping
Most orders ship the same business day when placed before 2pm Central Time. Orders placed after 2pm usually ship the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm Friday or over the weekend usually ship the following Monday. We do not ship on U.S. holidays.
Creative Audio shipments may ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection depends on delivery speed, package size, package weight, destination, and cost.
Most Creative Audio orders receive tracking within 24 hours after shipment. Tracking is sent to the email address associated with your order.
We pack shipments with safe delivery in mind and use major carriers with strong track records. If a shipment arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us quickly so we can help with next steps.
Returns
If you have your order number, start with the return portal. Enter your order number and ZIP code, then select the item you want to return. You can also start an exchange from the same page.

Yes. The return process can support orders from Creative Audio and marketplace/outlet orders such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other outlets.
Creative Audio offers a 60-day return window. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 60 days and receive a refund of the purchase price, subject to the return policy details.
Original delivery fees are refunded when returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. For those cases, contact Creative Audio so we can help arrange the return properly.

Yes. Creative Audio Rewards lets customers earn points for purchases and other eligible activities. Rewards can be viewed from the rewards panel on the site.
The core rewards rule is simple: $1 spent equals 1 point. There may also be bonus activities such as social sharing, birthdays, referrals, and other earning opportunities through the rewards panel.
