What is special about Creative Audio?

Creative Audio is not a faceless warehouse. We started in 1991, grew through retail stores, installation bays, ecommerce, and fulfillment, and still focus on helping customers choose the right gear for the job. You can call us about a full system design, a product question, fitment, install planning, or troubleshooting that protect light that will not leave you alone.

Are you an authorized dealer for the brands you sell?

Yes. Creative Audio has been in business since 1991 and maintains strong partnerships with many of the brands we represent. We sell through our ecommerce store and our retail locations.

Where are your stores?

Creative Audio has retail locations across Missouri and Arkansas, including Bentonville, Joplin, Sedalia, Columbia, Nixa, and two Springfield locations, plus an Ozark, Missouri distribution operation. Visit the Locations & Services page for current store details.

Do you have a Bentonville location?

Yes. Creative Audio serves Northwest Arkansas from Bentonville. The Bentonville store is part of the Creative Audio retail footprint and supports car audio, marine and powersports audio, tint, remote start, safety, and related services.

Orders & Shipping

How fast will my order ship?

Most orders ship the same business day when placed before 2pm Central Time. Orders placed after 2pm usually ship the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm Friday or over the weekend usually ship the following Monday. We do not ship on U.S. holidays.

What shipping carrier will you use?

Creative Audio shipments may ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection depends on delivery speed, package size, package weight, destination, and cost.

When will I get tracking information?

Most Creative Audio orders receive tracking within 24 hours after shipment. Tracking is sent to the email address associated with your order.

How do you protect shipments?

We pack shipments with safe delivery in mind and use major carriers with strong track records. If a shipment arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us quickly so we can help with next steps.

Returns

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return my order?

If you have your order number, start with the return portal. Enter your order number and ZIP code, then select the item you want to return. You can also start an exchange from the same page.

What if I do not have my order number?

Email info@creativeaudio.net with your name, address, where you purchased the item, and a brief description of the return. More detail helps our team find your order faster.

Can I return marketplace orders?

Yes. The return process can support orders from Creative Audio and marketplace/outlet orders such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other outlets.

What is your return window?

Creative Audio offers a 60-day return window. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 60 days and receive a refund of the purchase price, subject to the return policy details.

Are original delivery fees refunded?

Original delivery fees are refunded when returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. For those cases, contact Creative Audio so we can help arrange the return properly.

Do you provide phone support for custom orders or bundles?

Yes. We like talking through systems directly. Call 800-854-5821 and our team can help choose products that fit your vehicle, boat, side-by-side, room, budget, and goals.

Can you help verify fitment before I buy?

Yes. Use the site's Fit Guide where available, or contact us before ordering. Vehicle-specific audio can involve trim levels, factory amplifier options, dash kits, wiring interfaces, speaker depth, and other details that are worth checking first.

Do your stores perform installations?

Yes. Creative Audio retail stores offer professional installation services. Services vary by location, but may include car audio, marine and powersports audio, remote start, security, safety, tint, and other electronics work. Check Locations & Services for the right store.

Can you troubleshoot my system?

We can often help narrow down product, wiring, fitment, and system-design issues by phone or email. If the problem needs hands-on diagnosis, a retail store may be the best next step.

Do you sell home audio?

Yes. Creative Audio carries home audio products including speakers, sound bars, receivers, amplifiers, subwoofers, home theater gear, outdoor audio, TVs, headphones, turntables, accessories, and more.

Do you help with home theater or whole-home audio?

Yes. Creative Audio can help with home theater, whole-home audio, outdoor speakers, TVs, control, and related connected-home planning. Contact your nearest location or call support to discuss the project.

Do you still focus on car audio?

Absolutely. Mobile audio is still a core Creative Audio category. We also serve marine, powersports, motorcycle, home audio, and ecommerce customers.

Rewards, Referrals & Affiliate

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes. Creative Audio Rewards lets customers earn points for purchases and other eligible activities. Rewards can be viewed from the rewards panel on the site.

How do rewards points work?

The core rewards rule is simple: $1 spent equals 1 point. There may also be bonus activities such as social sharing, birthdays, referrals, and other earning opportunities through the rewards panel.

Do you offer referrals?

Yes. Once signed up for rewards, customers can receive a referral URL through the rewards panel. Referral offers may give both you and your friend a coupon when completed.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes. Creative Audio has an affiliate program for creators, reviewers, enthusiasts, and community members who recommend vehicle audio, marine audio, powersports audio, home audio, and electronics products.
