Built for the application
The ZXI15.2D handles 1000 watts RMS and 2000 watts maximum, pairing a 3-inch aluminum-former CCAW voice coil with a 232-ounce ferrite motor assembly.
Its dual 2-ohm voice coils give installers flexible wiring options, while the 15Hz-900Hz response and recommended 90Hz low-pass keep the driver focused on bass duty.

Design and setup
Choose the enclosure for the result you want
Use a 2.0-cubic-foot sealed enclosure for a compact alignment with a 32Hz F3, or a 2.8-cubic-foot ported enclosure tuned to 28Hz for greater low-frequency extension and a 25Hz F3.
Heavy-duty motor
Four 58-ounce ferrite slugs create a 232-ounce motor structure around the 3-inch voice coil.
Rigid foundation
An aluminum basket supports the non-pressed paper cone, PPI dust cap, and foam surround.
